The Scary Reason Illinois Just Banned Your Face Wash
"Imagine a gazillion tiny plastic balls floating through the world’s streams, rivers, lakes, and oceans, adding to the already insane amount of plastic in the water. Scared? You should be. In the future it might be impossible to find water without them."

Good Reads: My Summer Reading List
I've read The Happiness Project and Wedding Night. Plus, this list mentions a book "like TFiOS," so I'm definitely looking into these.
My life lately...
+Last Friday I flew from Pensacola to Baltimore with a layover in Nashville. My second flight was delayed, but the Nashville airport was pretty cool so I didn't mind. There was a guy playing acoustic classic rock covers (James Taylor!). I entertained myself by snapping a photo of a floor drain for a client and sitting on the floor reading magazines. (No wonder I'm sick again...)
+Sunday we left for a quick trip to Wildwood Crest, NJ, where we spent time at the Cape May Lighthouse, the pool, walking the boardwalk and playing some Mad Libs, of course! We didn't actually go to the beach because my little 5 month old niece was sick.
+I've visited a few of my favorite spots already. The Ragged Edge Coffee House in Gettysburg, PA is a must-visit any time I'm in town. I've loved that place since I was a kid. The Pure & Simple Cafe is in a small town called Greencastle. Despite being tiny, Greencastle has some great healthy living options like that organic cafe, a small health store behind the cafe and Balance Yoga & Wellness Studio.
+I found this delicious cold-pressed juice at Giant (grocery store) and a friend sent me coupons. Cold-pressed juice for $2?! It makes me way more excited than it probably should.
+I designed two t-shirts for my business and am so excited to see them when I get home. The above is one I made to cover both aspects of my business. The dots are just from the preview. It made me think...would any other health coaches be interested in t-shirts? I'm thinking general tshirts that say Health Coach or Certified Holistic Health Coach (if you went to IIN). It's such a great conversation starter. Leave a comment or send me an email and let me know! I can show you some designs.
