Vision Board Friday: Elements of Glow
I came across this last year and love it! No explanation necessary. Elements of Glow:
- Eat well.
- Sleep.
- Drink lots of water.
- Exercise, exercise, exercise!
- Meditate.
- Tend to your hair, skin and nails.
- Breathe consciously.
- Laugh often.
- Pamper yourself.
- Don't worry.
- Don't judge.
- Slow down.
- Pay attention.
- Be kind.
