    Speaking of free yoga classes at home, don’t forget to also check out Yoga with Adriene’s channel on YouTube. She is actually the reason that I felt comfortable getting back into yoga, learned about variations, etc. There’s also Erin Motz (she calls herself the Bad Yogi), she send out free videos to her email list. So many great opportunities for yoga online!
