My life is constantly filled with uncertainty. (where will I find new clients? what will help my fiance with his UC battle? where will we move next?) I already have tons of anxiety, so it can be overwhelming. This is a great article to help with that.

My Life Lately…

+My trip to Montgomery was great. on Monday night we ate at Central in The Alley Way and I had THE BEST butternut squash risotto. I have to recreate this.

+Wednesday was my day to drive home, but I scheduled a hair appointment with my favorite stylist (Amy at Elegant Styles!) in the morning. She colored my hair to cover up my terribly-grown out ombre and highlights, plus cleaned it up a bit. It was great to catch up with her, plus a stress-reliever because I can completely trust her with my hair.

+Of course I stopped at Earth Fare on my way out. I stocked up on some bulk grains (it’s impossible to find buckwheat around here), and spent time just browsing and grabbing a few things for my upcoming trip to CA.
