Sunday Link Love: 30 Day Challenges + a Proofreading Guide

While I’m pretty bad at following through with 30 day challenges, I still love the idea and inspiration I get from them. I’m not ready for #12 on that list, but #11 and #13 caught my eye.

If you don’t have time to meditate, you need it the most. Here’s why it’s the best gift you can give yourself (with some science-backed research for anyone not convinced!).

Do you intentionally schedule your weeks? I’ve tried to in the past. This guide from Jen Carrington has inspired me to try again.

Proofreading your content before hitting publish is so important. I don’t always do it as well as I’d like, so I’ve bookmarked this handy guide of things to look for.

    You can cut the 30 day challenges to 7-10 day challenges for starters. You’ll still get a good sense of accomplishment and won’t beat yourself down about not actually completing it. Then slowly increase the duration once you get good at it. 🙂

      That’s such a great idea Mark! It takes a little bit of pressure off yourself to just enjoy the seven days- not struggling to get to day 30.
